Accomplishments
Since 2006, Restored Homes has purchased approximately 150 homes in a number of targeted neighborhoods in the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens and Staten Island. Restored Homes has successfully sold 52 of them to income eligible homebuyers. The balance of the homes are in different stages of pre-development, construction, and sale.
