TPT Properties Transferred to Neighborhood Restore (Rounds I-VIII)

Accomplishments

Since 1999, Neighborhood Restore has taken interim ownership of 5,854 units through the Third Party Transfer Program. Neighborhood Restore has been instrumental in preserving over 4,848 units as affordable housing by overseeing the transfer of these properties to responsible and qualified new owners. Through its preservation efforts, Neighborhood Restore has helped to increase the quality of housing for NYC tenants and it has returned many buildings back onto the City's tax rolls, thereby stabilizing neighborhoods and positively impacting the overall well being of New York City.
